Golden yellow. Complex and aromatic. White flowers, with hints of honey, green apple and toast. Elegant and crunchy, naturally enhanced by the fine texture of the bubbles.
Perfect as an aperitif, served at 10°C, it also goes very well with goat's cheese (Cabécou, Pélardon, Rocamadour...) and sweet desserts.

Freshly dried straw, soft toast, lightly grilled yellow apple and a touch of dried lemon peel form the nose of this dry, attractive sparkler. The palate is bright and bubbly, with initially aggressive carbonation that mellows fast on the palate and yields a round, ripe yellow orchard-fruit flavor. Smooth and clean, the finish leaves you ready for more.

Tart and tangy, with lime candy and pink grapefruit sorbet flavors, showing an assertive bead. Drink now. Tasted twice, with consistent notes.
