Sourced from our two estate vineyards in the Yamhill-Carlton sub-AVA, our 2021 Yamhill-Carlton Pinot Noir opens with ample acidity, dark fruit, and a saline-driven umami finish. Aromas of brambly black fruit, cranberry sauce, and blue raspberry Tootsie Rolls. Flavors of bright punchy red licorice, navel orange zest, and white coffee beans. Vertically polished texture, classically expansive.

Precise and elegantly generous, this red shows detailed flavors of cherry and raspberry laced with rose petal, black tea and stony mineral notes as it builds richness and tension toward refined tannins. Drink now through 2031. 4,800 cases made.

A ripe and dark fruited style that pours a deep but transparent red, the 2021 Pinot Noir Yamhill-Carlton is sunny and ripe with notes of baked black cherry, red plum, potting soil, and cedar. Medium to full-bodied, it's ripe through the palate, with meaty cherry fruit, although it cleans off the palate nicely, and it has a bit of toasty incense on the finish. Drink it over the next few years.
