Wine AdvocateThe 2010 Reserva de la Familia is a blend of 50% Xarello, 35% Macabeo, 9% Chardonnay and 6% Parellada kept in contact with the lees for 36 months (Gran Reserva) and kept without any added sugar or expedition liqueur, therefore a Brut Nature, completely dry. Fresh and with mixture of white fruit, fennel and yeasts, the palate explodes with abundant bubbles and pungent acidity. This is not a garage wine, 1.7 million bottles are produced.
