Bittered with German Magnum and whirlpooled with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnang, the hops add a soft fruitiness reminiscent of melon, grass and white pepper, followed by herbal and cassis notes, respectively. The overall impression is a dry, crushable beer but with more hop character than you'll find in similar North-American styles.
