Inky and opaque, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Knights Valley is saturated on the nose with aromas of sweet blackcurrants, menthol, leather, and sweet tobacco. Fleshy and full-bodied, its tannins emerge through the mid-palate, with notes of turned earth on the finish. It's going to drink well over the next few years.

Richly colored and intense, the nose of this Cabernet gives classic black plum skin, graphite and cocoa powder aromas. The palate is awash with flavors of cranberry compote, dried herb mélange and a healthy dose of drying tannin. This should definitely benefit from some time in the cellar to soften the edges.
