Bordeaux Sauternes is a sweet French wine made from Sémillon, sauvignon blanc, and muscadelle grapes which have been allowed to dry partially, resulting in a highly concentrated and distinct flavor. caramelized pears, earth, cooked agave, warm spices. Dried fruits, cooked agave, wet earth, baked bread, cinnamon, vanilla. Lasting and a tiny bit acidic with hints of golden raisins and honey.
