Originally planted with Pinot Noir, we replanted the vineyard with Chardonnay. Indeed, the structure of the soil shows - as its name suggests - a high proportion of limestone with, at a depth of 40 cm, Oxfordian type limestone slabs. An ideal terroir for Chardonnay.
