Notes of ripe citrus, orange blossom and white peach. Juicy, with rich ripe stone fruits, the palate offers a refreshing acidity with satisfying weight and length. A wine showing excellent purity of place, there is a lingering mineral finish.
Serve with ceviche, Thai green curry, tomato and goat's cheese tart.

Very Sancerre-like with subtle lemon rind, light white pepper and green melon. The palate is refined and polished with hints of orange blossoms at the end. Pretty acidity. Sophisticated sauvignon. Drink now. Screw cap.

The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc Estate is clean, crisp and dry. It is aromatically pared back, with subtle flavors of boxwood, lemon and apple on the balanced, stony finish, which offers tension and line. There's lots of good stuff here, I just want more intensity and it to last longer.
