Lingua Franca Estate Pinot Noir enters with red fruits of raspberry and pomegranate, juicy red cherry, and has moderate, round tannins that provide structure. The finish is medium long and mineral with a discernable salinity. Pair with Loin of lamb, Filet Mignon, veal chop, veal scallopini, pasta with Bolognese sauce, charcuterie, hard cheeses, hamburger, Viennese boiled beef (Tafelspitz), Wienerschnitzel, Kalbi, Bulgogi. Teriyaki, Vietnamese shaking beef, Chinese broccoli beef or Feast of the Immortals? Experimentation is welcome!

Elegant yet dynamic, this multilayered red reveals detailed cherry and red plum flavors that are laced with savory forest floor and mineral flavors, which build intensity toward polished tannins. Drink now through 2031.

A ripe ruby hue, the 2021 Pinot Noir Avni has a pure and pristine character, with aromas of red cherry lozenge, fresh wild herbs, and red floral perfume. Medium-bodied and charming, with an elegant structure and gorgeous fresh fruit, it's delicious out of the gate. Offering ripe tannins and a graceful feel, it's all about purity and freshness with this wine. A terrific value, it could be a great lens into the style of this estate and is a textbook example of the wines of the Willamette Valley. Drink 2023-2030.

The 2021 Pinot Noir AVNI is distinctly savory and earthy, blending flowery underbrush and dusty sage with dried black cherries and a lifting hint of mint. This is racy and sleek, with vividly ripe red and blue fruits energized by vibrant acidity. Tactile mineral tones and rosy inner florals emerge as the 2021 finishes incredibly long with youthful tension, and a tart wild berry tinge lingers on and on. 20% whole clusters and 25% new French oak.

Strawberries drizzled in dark chocolate share the aromatic spotlight with violets, saline and earthy oregano. A balanced wine, with velvety tannins, chipper acidity and flavors of raspberries, rosemary and hazelnuts. A smooth, round and enjoyable mouthfeel seals the deal.
