Brillant straw yellow. Complex, aromatic and seductive with hazelnut, fresh walnut and baked apple notes, a touch of citrus and pineapple as well as mineral accents. Rich and powerful, this wine often needs a few years to find its' perfect balance between the sweetness and the acidity. Cinnamon and honey make their appearance after a bit of ageing. Drink as an aperitif, with blanquettes, poultry or fish in cream sauce, saumon with sorrel, foie gras, lobster or chicken with morrel mushrooms.
