The 2022 Torrontes Amauta Absoluto hails from Cafayate in the Calchaqui Valley. Yellow in the glass. The nose offers sweet spice, orange blossom and damp earth. Indulgent and quite fatty in the mouth, the voluminous but hollow core makes for a pleasantly nimble mouthfeel. A distinctive Torrontes, refreshing and slightly sweet.
