The 2019 Pinot Noir Estate Pomarium is the most powerful and inward wine in the range. It is another wine that is going to need time to be at its best, as it is very nervy and tightly wound today. Even so, it clearly has plenty of mid-palate depth. Crushed rocks, gravel, lavender, mint and dried herbs all run through the Pomarium.
