Zesty lime and piquantly seed-tinged apple dominate the nose and palate. The finish is tangy and suitably kissed by wet stone and damp earth. This lacks the polish, poise, generous juiciness or transparency exhibited by several other wines in Thanisch's 2018 collection, but it certainly offers pleasure concomitant with its modest price.
