Dark ruby. Fresh, open-knit aromas of dark plum, black currant, graphite, and licorice. Then a bit youthfully mute on the palate, where juicy acidity frames the simple black cherry, ink and tobacco flavors. Closes flinty and slightly edgy on the medium-long back end, with youthfully chewy tannins and repeating inky nuances.
