Organic Cabernet Pfeffer vines, an otherwise forgotten mysterious Bordeaux varietal, are dry farmed in one of California's only limestone pockets. Sabroso translates to
'tasty' in spanish and is named aptly - this wine is a bright, fruity and ultimately crowd pleasing red. After a 100% carbonic maceration and a mere 8 months in neutral
vessels, the wine is perfumed with wild figs, lavender, juicy plums and black pepper.
