The 2018 Santenay "Clos de Malte" has a pleasant crushed strawberry and cranberry bouquet that reveals a touch of dark chocolate. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly "furry" tannins and fine acidity, although it needs a little more flesh to develop on the finish.
