Dark ruby. Ripe cherry and dark fruit aromas and flavors are complemented by a smoky nuance. Plush and open-knit, showing good depth and a hint of warmth on the subtly tannic finish, which leaves a suggestion of singed plum behind.
A concentrated red, with roasted plum, anise and cranberry flavors supported by smooth, full tannins. Ample spice, hot stone and herbal notes meld together on the finish. Drink now through 2024. 12,000 cases made, 2,500 cases imported.
