Bols Creme de Cassis is a liqueur made from black currents, which grow in the vicinity of Dijon, the capital of Burgundy in France. Deep red when held up to the light tending toward a slightly darker colour. Subtly like black currants aromas. A sweet, rich and fruity black currant (cassis) flavour with a long-lasting finish. Use straight, on the rocks, excellent in cocktails or in any other mixed drink. Most widely used as a mix with white wine, champagne or dry vermouth.
