Discovered by Virgil Gamache Farms, Amarillo® is one of the top ten aroma varieties utilized by craft brewers. It features relatively high alpha acids along with extremely high levels of myrcene for citrus and grapefruit flavors. These hops have an aroma profile of grapefruit, orange lemon, melon, apricot, and peach. Great for American-Style Ales and IPAs.
