The 2018 Langhe Nebbiolo Starda is fresh, floral and very pretty. A reduction of time in oak seems to really help the purity of the fruit come through. Sweet red cherry, rose petal, mint and blood orange add character, but it is the wine's balance that stands out most. Drinking window: 2020-2028.
