Boasting sweet spice and rum cake, the 2012 Valpolicella Ripasso awards good pleasure and softness. Pressed cherry, blackberry, resin, tar, espresso bean and teriyaki make up the bouquet. I was less impressed with the mouthfeel that feels short and less impactful.
