After 20 years and 2.5 million hotel dinner rolls, Chef Kevin wanted to get back to crafting bread that was more satisfying to bake, and for people who love a loaf of fresh-baked bread on the table. He also wanted to be able to get this kind of bread to all those who had never had bread that wasn't from a plastic bag bought at the grocery store. Making good bread and being mobile are his two top priorities.
